All Sales Are Final
We know, we know. Final, final? Yep. You're buying a story and once you have it, you have it. All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. BUT (and isn't there always a but?), there is an exception for damaged or defective items.
Please review your items and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns, we will replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Because who wants a messed up item? Not us, and not us for you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (if it gets damaged after that, we're pretty sure your dog/cat/toddler/partner/sleep walking might've had something to do with the issue) at orders@justonec.com with:

a description of the issue

clear photos of the damage or defect
We will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Keep the damaged product or drop it in a little free library in your neighborhood or thrift store (bonus points if you write a fun short story about how the damage happened and add it to the product before donating it!).
Order Issues
If you believe there is an error with your order (missing item, wrong item sent, etc.), you're just wrong because we're perfect. HAHAHA! It probably means one of us didn't have enough caffeine that day. Seriously, just contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to correct it.
