Cancellation Policy

We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

If you made an error during checkout or need assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at orders@justonec.com. While we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after purchase, we will do our best to help if your order has not yet begun processing.

Please note:

• We do not offer subscription products, so no recurring charges will occur.

• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

• If you wish to return an item after delivery, please contact our distributor APG.
