Welcome to Enjoy the Stories, a sales hub for The 1C Story Network, home of 1C Productions & Rebeca Books. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (with duct tape and rope - kidding!). Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. (Your mama/teacher/auntie probably taught you this, but just in case, we've included it here.)

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. (We usually execute this if you're being gross. Don't be gross and we'll be fine.)
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or products without our express written permission.

3. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information are accurate. However, errors may occur. (Often caused by lack of caffeine or sleep.) We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice. (You know, when we've remedied the caffeine or sleep situation.)

4. Products & Services

All products are subject to availability. (But only because we haven't figured out magic yet.)
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update designs at any time. (Shout out to Maxx shoppers who already know if you see it, you better get it, because it might not be there tomorrow.)

Colors and images displayed online may vary depending on your device.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

(See how we didn't put any jokes here? That's because it's the money part and people do NOT like to joke about money....which is funny, because money is paper that we all decided matters more than the paper in the copy machine and that's kinda funny, but...)

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, rates, and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control. (At least not until our World Control Master Plan goes into effect.)

7. Order Accuracy & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, and cancellations may not be possible once an order is placed. (We get your order out as fast as our caffeine allows!)

8. Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing your purchase.

9. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our site may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for any third-party websites, services, or their content. You use them at your own risk. (Again, this applies until our World Control Master Plan is in place.)

11. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

for unlawful purposes
to violate regulations or laws
to infringe upon our intellectual property or others’
to upload viruses or malicious code
to engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the site for violating any prohibited uses.

DON'T BE GROSS. Or, as we say around the office, Be A Nice Human.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. (Do you know about the cords just laying on the sea floor that are responsible for the internet working? We're not checking on those.)

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or products, including lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. (For real.)

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The 1C Story Network, home of 1C Productions & Rebeca Books harmless from any claims or demands arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your misuse of the site. (Your actions, your responsibilities, friend.)

15. Severability

If any part of these Terms of Service is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will still be valid.

16. Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either you or us.
You may stop using our site at any time.
We may terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by the laws of Florida, USA.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. (We're guessing when our attorney sees the fun here, he may make us delete it.) Updates will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date (and a personal note to the attorney that whimsy is important). Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
