Shipping Policy

We work hard to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. (Seriously. The amount of caffeine in our systems is mind-boggling.) Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, please allow a bit of extra time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your items. We currently ship within the U.S.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. If you chose FedEx as your shipping option, you'll receive a tracking number. USPS rates do not include tracking numbers. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. (If you don't know your address, this is a really good opportunity for you to meet your neighbor. Go knock on their door and ask for your address.)

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we first recommend screaming into a pillow really loudly. Then, enjoy three deep, relaxing breaths and contact us at orders@justonec.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note that carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) are outside our control. 

International Orders (if applicable)

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Delivery times for international shipments may vary.
